GreekBulgarian company FIA Bulgaria will construct a holiday complex in Hadjidimovo municipality, near Blagoevgrad.The complex will have a footprint of 56 000 sq m and will consist of hotels and villas. It will also include a medical centre, parks, parking places and a church.FIA Bulgaria would invest 15 million leva in the project, Standard daily reported. The construction was to begin by the end of 2008.This would be the biggest investment in the region.

Spanish investment and tourist service group Marina dOr was planning to build two holiday villages in Bulgaria, the company said in a statement, as quoted by Dnevnik daily on October 24. Local company Kabland will invest 194.43 million euro for the construction of a yearround firstclass golf and entertainment complex near the town of Kableshkovo, in the coastal municipality of Pomorie.The first sod of the complex, Black Sea Golf and Country Club, would be turned on October 24 2007, Monitor daily reported.The club will have buildings for seasonal and contemporary stay and will spread on more than 1.9 million sq m.Its will also have a golf course with 18 holes, according to international standards, a four or fivestar hotel of 200 rooms, golf and tennis academies, swimming pools, villas, spa and sports centres, shops and restaurants.

Bulgarian army made a disturbing property deal, swapping 4475 sq m in Sofias Yuzjen Park South Park residential district for eight apartments with a total area of 710 sq m.The plot was close to the US embassy and had been used as military barracks, Sega daily reported.The deal involves the Defence Ministry and the quite famous company Nikmi, which was involved in a series of scandalous exchanges of municipal properties in Sofia, the newspaper said.
