MIGRATION AND HIGH DEMAND CAUSE PROPERTY PRICE INCREASE IN BULGARIA
High demand and migration processes resulted in a 12.5 per cent increase in the price of real estate in Sofia in 2006 Katya Tsenova, executive director of Address real estate agency said. Prices increased the most in the residential districts of Mladost, Lyulin, Geo Milev, Redouta, Druzhba and the city centre, Focus news agency said. Property in the coastal city of Bourgas registered the lowest increase in
