ONLY FIVE PER CENT OF COASTAL CONSTRUCTIONS IN BULGAIA ILLEGAL MINISTER
Bulgarian National Assembly will vote on second reading coastal construction regulations. Regional Development and Public Works Deputy Minister Savin Kovachev said that only five per cent of the construction on Bulgarias Black Sea coast was illegal. Ten to 15 per cent of the illegal buildings had already been torn down. Buildings constructed under the old law would not be demolished, Kovachev said
